“Louis Vuitton’s moto jacket reminds me of the first vintage leather moto jacket I bought when working in New York City,” says designer Rachel Zoe. “I don’t think I ever took it off, and I’m still just as obsessed with it!”
As the temperatures begin to dip, the jet-setting designer, stylist, mother, and frequent Aspen visitor prioritizes versatile statement pieces, like the moto jacket, to accommodate her fast-paced life.
“I would wear this jacket with everything,” she explains. “Casually, I’d pair it with a simple black maxi skirt, cotton tee, pendant necklace, and sunnies or glammed up with tuxedo pants, wedge booties, and a statement clutch.”
Following Zoe’s lead, Aspenites this season will appreciate the understated glamour coupled with excellent craftsmanship of the Vuitton jacket. “It’s all in the details,” Zoe says. “The dramatic texture on the collar and shoulders is incredible. Great leather pieces are capable of transcending any style rules.” Louis Vuitton, 205 S. Mill St., 970-544-8200
