Spring is an ideal time to visit Aspen, thanks to warming temps that allow you to be outside during the day and a quieter social scene that makes it easy to get into the restaurants that are open. We rounded up a few of our favorite ways to enjoy Aspen in the spring.

The Hotel Jerome is making it easy to have a family-friendly vacation in Aspen this spring thanks to The Greatest Gift Package, which includes a Junior Suite, time outside with Rocky, the hotel’s rescued Bernese Mountain Dog, and even a scavenger hunt. The package also include a two-hour class through the Aspen Center for Exploration (ACES), where you can learn more about Aspen’s birds.
Take to the soothing mineral waters at this Colorado tradition, located between Aspen and Vail, and opened throughout the year. Do laps in the mineral waters where visitors have sought relaxation since 1888.
Leave the slopes behind for the season and grab your bike if weather permits for a ride on Smuggler Mountain Road. Take the 45-minute trip to Carbondale and hit the trails there as well.
